Is
your site secure?
Yes. Our domain is secure with GoDaddy and our shopping cart is secure through VeriSign.
Is
there an order minimum?
Yes. There is a 25 card minimum for all cards.
Can
I order fewer Information Cards than Save the Dates?
Yes. However, there is a 25 card minimum for all cards, except rounded
corner cards, which have a 50 card minimum.
Can
I order the Information Cards without the Save the Dates?
Yes. However, there is a 25 card minimum for all cards, except rounded
corner cards, which have a 50 card minimum.
Do
I get a proof before my order is printed?
Yes. You will receive a digital proof
of your order through e-mail. Any changes can be made at that time,
and a revised proof will be sent. Once you approve the proof, it is
final and goes into print production. We encourage you to carefully
check the proof for any mistakes, as we are not responsible for any
errors once the proof is approved. We no longer provide physical
proofs.
Can
you send me a sample?
Yes. Please visit our samples page.
Do
the cards come with envelopes?
Yes. All card orders, excluding information cards, include envelopes.
Do
the magnets come with envelopes?
No. But you can add envelopes to your
shopping cart.
What
kind of paper are the envelopes made of?
Envelopes are 24 Lb white wove envelopes with either triangle or square flaps.
What kind of
paper are the cards printed on?
-The Photo Card style is professionally printed on the highest quality
of photographic paper. It is single sided and in full
color with a matte or glossy finish. Logo appears on back of card.
-The Standard Panel Card style is press-printed on 12 pt cardstock with a semi gloss
coat.
-The Premium Panel Card style is press-printed on 12 pt cardstock with a UV coat.
-The Trifold style is also press-printed on 12 pt cardstock with a semi
gloss coat. -Special Order.
-The Rounded Corner Panel Card style is press-printed on 14 pt cardstock with a
UV
coat. - Special Order.
Please note: There
may be a slight color difference between items that are printed in
a different manner (press printing vs photo printing) and or on different
finishes (semi gloss, matte, glossy and semi gloss). Although the same ink is applied,
different papers or printing processes will appear differently. We
will do our best to ensure your satisfaction, but cannot guarantee
coloring.
How
long does it take to get my order?
Once we have received your photo and text, you will receive a digital
proof within 1 business day. Upon your approval of the proof, your
order will go into print production. Printing
times vary on the product you order. Please visit our pricing
page which lists the printing and shipping times for each item.
We will do our best to minimize the time and will always give you
an expected date of completion.
Can
I order the envelopes early?
Yes. You can pre-ship your envelopes and receive them early with
your paid order. There is a $6.00 charge to cover shipping.
Can
you expedite my order?
Yes, however additional charges apply. Please contact
us for a quote.
What
kind of photo should I use?
You can use either a digital or physical photo. If you have a color
photo but want the announcement photo to be black and white or sepia,
we can convert it for you, along with making any other adjustments,
such as cropping. Please visit our photo

Should
I alter the photo first before sending it to you?
No. We will make any necessary adjustments to the photo to make it
look its very best. Please visit our photo

How
do I send my photo?
-If you have a digital photo, email it to info@shesaidyesannouncements.com.
-If you have a physical photo, and do not have a scanner, you can
mail it to us. Email
us for our mailing address. We will return your photo with your
order.
Do
I supply the information for the Information Cards?
Yes. You will need to submit the information via email.
Can
She Said Yes Announcements obtain the text for the Information Cards?
Yes. However, there is a flat rate fee of $20.00. Please note that
you will still have to supply certain text, such as hotel accommodation
information.
Can
I mix and match layouts, text, colors, and pictures?
Yes. If you like the font on one card, but the design on another we
can accommodate that as well as many other requests. All designs can
be altered to match the colors and theme of your special event. Please
note any special requests under Special Instructions. Unlike other
sites, there are no additional fees or hidden charges to make your
announcement perfect for you!
Can
you do a custom design to match my wedding theme?
Yes. Email us
your ideas.
Can
I get my order in another language besides English?
Yes, however you must provide us with all the text in the language
of your choice. As we are unable to proof the text, we can not be
held responsible for any errors.
Do
you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, but only to Canada. Extra Shipping applies.
What
payment methods do you accept?
We accept money orders, personal checks, and all major credit cards
through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal
funds). A Paypal account is not needed - simply click on the link
that reads"If you do not currently have a PayPal account, click
here."
What
is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel at any time. However, cancellation charges may apply.
If the order has not been started, there is no cancellation charge.
If the order has begun and a proof has been created, there is a cancellation
charge of 25% of the original order total. If the proof has been approved
and is in the printing stage, you will be held responsible for the
total order cost.
What
is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your order, you may return the order in it's
entirety, for a full refund, minus shipping.
