Want to make changes? No problem! When placing your order, simply indicate what changes you would like to make under special instructions. For instance, want to change the pink to sage green? We can do that. Want to use a different font? Consider it done. We're here to make the perfect card for you. Best of all, there's no hidden costs - make all the changes you want at no additional cost. The price you see on our site is the price you'll pay.

Can't find one? No problem, email us and we'll be happy to design one just for you (at no additional cost)!

Place Your Order
Simply add your items to your shopping cart. When placing items in your shopping cart, enter all relevant information such as text and special instructions. If you would like to use a different font or change the colors, please put such information under special instructions.

Once items are placed in your shopping cart, you can not change certain information, such as text or special instructions. You can either delete the item from your shopping cart and then re-enter it, or you can email us any changes.

If you don't have all your information ready but would like to get your order started, we would be more than happy to accommodate your needs. Simply place your order and include as much information as possible. We'll start your order and email you drafts of your items and update them as you provide more information.

Phone Orders
Prefer to place your order via phone or fax? No problem! Simply fill out an order form and either call it in or fax it to us!

Send Us Your Photo(s)
Seconds after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Respond to that confirmation with your photos attached. Or, simply email us your photo(s) and include your order number.

If you would like us to scan your photo(s) for you, email us for our mailing address. Your photo(s) will be returned with your order.

Proof Your Order
Within one business day you will receive an email with a link to a proof of your order. Follow the link and let us know what you think! You'll have the opportunity to approve the proof for print or make as many changes as you would like! (Please email us with any changes.)

Print Production
Upon final approval of your proof and payment has been received, your order is sent to print. Printing takes about 3-5 days to complete, for specific print times for each product we offer, please visit pricing. We will do our best to minimize the time and will always give you an expected date of completion. Please also note that during November and December print times will take longer.

You've Got Mail!
Your order is shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground once it is inspected and has passed quality assurance. For specific ship times for each product we offer, please visit pricing.
