General
Orders placed online, through shesaidyesannouncements.com are received by our personnel Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. pacific time, however, a confirmation e-mail, with an order number, will be sent within moments of your order placement. To better serve our customers, during our busy seasons, you may catch us working longer hours and on the weekend.

Coloring
There may be a slight color difference between items that are printed in a different manner (press printing vs photo printing) and or on different finishes (glossy return address labels, uv coated cards, matte envelope seals, etc.). This is simply because although the same ink is applied, different papers or printing processes will appear differently. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction, but cannot guarantee coloring.

Shipping
Shesaidyesannouncements.com ships only to the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail and UPS ground.

Sales Tax
California residence will be charged 8.5% state sales tax.

Payment Methods
We accept echecks, and all major credit cards through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal funds). A Paypal account is not needed - simply click on the link that reads"If you do not currently have a PayPal account, click here."

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time. However, cancellation charges may apply. If the order has not been started, there is no cancellation charge. If the order has begun and a proof has been created, there is a cancellation charge of 30% of the original order total. If the proof has been approved and is in the printing stage, you will be held responsible for the total order cost.

Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with your order due to an error on our part, you may return the order in it's entirety, for a full store credit. We highly recommend ordering a sample. Please do not return an item without contacting us. We may not be able to credit it back to you. We do not credit shipping charges. Store credits are non-transferable.
